That’s why every order is carefully prepared and shipped within 3 business days or less from our atelier in Dubai.

  • Origin: Dubai, UAE

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping zones: GCC countries (and international shipping coming soon)

  • Tracking: A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Perle Marine purchase.

If for any reason your item isn’t quite right, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In its original condition and packaging

  • With all tags and hygiene seals intact (for swimwear)

How to return an item:

  1. Email us at contact@perle-marine.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return label if applicable.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Product Care Reminder

Many of our pieces are handcrafted and include delicate details such as rhinestones, shells, or crystals. Please handle them with care and follow the care instructions provided with your garment.
