Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days.  

In Dubai same day maximum 3 days 

Orders placed after 2 PM or during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details. Please note that orders cannot be redirected once shipped.

2. Delivery Timeframes
UAE deliveries are estimated at 5–7 business days after dispatch. International deliveries are estimated at 10–15 business days. Express shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to customs and courier delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Any applicable express shipping fees will also be displayed before completing your purchase.

4. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Some pieces may be made to order. In this case, additional production time will be clearly indicated on the product page. Please allow extra time before dispatch for these special pieces.

5. Taxes & Duties
For UAE orders, no additional taxes or duties apply. For international orders, any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or brokerage charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. While we are not responsible for courier delays or lost parcels once marked as delivered, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

8. Tracking & Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check with household members or your building reception. If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist you in opening a courier investigation.
